POLICY​

• Upon arrival, please be seated in the waiting area.
  ~You will be called when it's your turn to be serviced.
   

• No extra guest
  ~This includes babies and children. Salon space is limited, please made appropriate accommodations. 
   

• Absolutely no adding services at appointment
  ~Adding services will result in $50 inconvenience fee, in additional to cost of requested services. Be sure to add additional services like nail art and soak offs.
   

• 10 minute grace period....be on time
  ~After 10 minutes, $20 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes, appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of scheduled service
   

• No call/No show will be charged 100% and banned from future booking.

 

****FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN CANCELLED APPOINTMENT AND BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKINGS****
