• Upon arrival, please wash your hands and be seated in the waiting area.

        

       -Please DO NOT seat yourself in the shampoo bowls or operator chairs. Space is limited in the salon area and you will need to be seated in the waiting area. You will be called once it is your turn to be serviced.

 

 

  • Absolutely no adding services at appointment time.

       

       -When booking your appointments, please take the time to carefully read descriptions of services and add all coordinating services (i.e.: soak off, nail art, repairs, etc.). You will not be able to add additional nail services due to time restrictions.

Adding addition services will be a $50 inconvenience fee...effective immediately.

  • Be sure to confirm appointments via text/email.

-Confirming your appointment will notify your tech that you will be at your appointment at set date and time. Failure to do so may result in cancelled appointment and being charged.

  • Be on time.

       -Please allow yourself enough time to find parking and maneuver through the building. You have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of scheduled service. Possible late fees are administered at my discretion. This is no longer negotiable.

  • No additional guest or children.

-As a courtesy to staff and other clients being serviced, please do not bring additional guest and/or children to your appointment. Space is limited in the salon, please make accommodations prior to your appointment.

Additional guest will result in appointment being cancelled and you will be charged a 50% fee.
