    ~Regardless of vaccination status, masks is required.
     

  • Upon arrival, please be seated in the waiting area.
    ~DO NOT seat yourself in shampoo bowls or operator chairs. You will be called when it's your turn to be serviced.
     

  • No extra guest
    ~This includes babies and children. Salon space is limited, please made appropriate accommodations. 
     

  • Absolutely no adding services at appointment
    ~Adding services will result in $50 inconvenience fee, in additional to cost of requested services. Be sure to add additional services like cutdown, nail art and soak offs.
     

  • 10 minute grace period....be on time
    ~After 10 minutes, $20 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes, appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of scheduled services
     

  • Please confirm appointments via TEXT or EMAIL
    ~Confirming your appointment will notify your tech that you have acknowledged  your appointment at set date and time. Failure to do so 24 hours prior to appointment result in cancelled appointment and being charged.
     

  • No call/No show will be charged 100% and banned from future booking.
