What is your availability?

My work days are Tuesday through Saturday. Books are always open 30 days from current day.
 
Ex: If Current day is March 15, books are open 30 days after that.

Question 3

The day I want is not available, what are my options?"

Accepted Answer

Please choose another day and time or contact me to book an appointment before/after hours for an additional fee.
 
Before/After hour appointments are at my discretion.

Question 4

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Please try to cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment. Failure to do so will result in 50% charge of your booked service.
 
No call, no show will be charged 100% and banned from future bookings.

Failed credit card payments for late cancellation fees will also result in being banned from booking.

Question 5

I'll be more than 10 minutes late, can I keep my appointment?"

Accepted Answer

Yes, a $20 late fee will be applied to final cost of service. 
 
After 15 minutes, appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50%. If card declines, you will be banned from further booking.

If you're late for 3 consecutive appointments, you will be banned from booking.

Question 6

I forgot to book a service, can I add it at my appointment?"

Accepted Answer

No you can not. Due to timing, you can not add or change your service at time of appointment (this includes nail art/designs, cutdowns, etc). Please take the time to review all services and book accordingly. 
 
If you forget to book services, you will need to cancel and rebook another appointment.
 
If you're unsure of any service or what to book, please contact me first.
 
Adding additional services at your appointment will result in a $50 inconvience fee, in addition to cost of requested services.

Do you travel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I charge either a half day rate or full day rate depending on the service(s).
