What is your availability?


My work days are Tuesday through Saturday.




The day I want is not available, what are my options?


Please choose another day and time or contact me to book an appointment before/after hours for an additional fee. Before/After hour appointments are at my discretion.




What is the cancellation policy?


Please try to cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment. Failure to do so will result in 50% charge of your booked service. No call, no show will be charged 100% and banned from future bookings.




Do you travel?


Yes. I charge either a half day rate or full day rate depending on the service(s). For weddings, photo shoots and events, please contact me directly.




I forgot to book a service, can I add it at my appointment?


No you can not. Due to timing, you can not add or change your service at time of appointment (this includes nail art/designs). Please take the time to review all services and book accordingly. If you forget to book services, please cancel and rebook another appointment. If you're unsure of any service or what to book, please contact me first.




I'll be more than 15 minutes late, can I keep my appointment?


If time permits, a $20 late fee will be added to your service at my discretion. If not, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50%. No call, no shows will be charged 100%. If card declines, you will be banned from further booking.




Where are you located?


Inside the Lacuna Lofts in Pilsen. I'm located on the 5th floor. For directions, please visit the "LOCATION" tab for a video.




Do you offer pedicures?


Yes. Pedicures are available for booking on Wednesday. Please schedule accordingly.
