What is your availability?
My work days are Tuesday through Saturday.
The day I want is not available, what are my options?
Please choose another day and time or contact me to book an appointment before/after hours for an additional fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please try to cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment. Failure to do so will result in 50% charge of your booked service.
Do you travel?
Yes. I charge either a half day rate or full day rate depending on the service(s).
I forgot to book a service, can I add it at my appointment?
No you can not. Due to timing, you can not add or change your service at time of appointment (this includes nail art/designs). Please take the time to review all services and book accordingly.
I'll be more than 15 minutes late, can I keep my appointment?
If time permits, a $20 late fee will be added to your service at my discretion. If not, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50%.
Where are you located?
Inside the Lacuna Lofts in Pilsen. I'm located on the 5th floor. For directions, please visit the "LOCATION" tab for a video.
Do you offer pedicures?
Yes. Pedicures are available for booking on Wednesday. Please schedule accordingly.
